Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data is collected on transmutiveworks.com, what it is used for and how to exercise your rights.
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Who is responsible
Luis Fernando Gaytan Meneses, operating under the trade name Transmutive Works, located at Guatemala 8841, Colinas de California, 22647 Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data. Contact: contact@transmutiveworks.com.
Data we collect
Through the contact form: name, email, phone, company, industry, number of employees, how you heard about us and the text of your message. No sensitive personal data is collected.
While you browse the site, the analytics tool records visit data (pages viewed, referring site, country, device type, browser and language) without cookies and without storing data that identifies you.
What we use it for
Purposes required to handle your request:
- to reply to your request and follow up on the conversation;
- to prepare and send a service proposal, if you ask for one;
- to understand how the site is used in order to improve it, without identifying you.
Purpose that requires your consent: to send you updates from Transmutive Works by email, only if you checked the box on the form.
How to limit the use of your data
You can stop receiving updates at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to contact@transmutiveworks.com. To limit any other use of your data, write to the same address.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and cancel your personal data, and to object to its processing (ARCO rights), as well as to revoke the consent you gave. To exercise them, send a request to contact@transmutiveworks.com with your name, a way to reply to you, a clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise, and a document that proves your identity.
Luis Fernando Gaytan Meneses handles these requests. You will receive an answer within 20 business days at most; if the request is granted, it will take effect within the following 15 business days. The process is free of charge. If you receive no answer, you may turn to Mexico’s Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.
Service providers
To run the site and handle requests, your data is processed by providers that act on behalf of Transmutive Works and do not use it for their own purposes: Hetzner (the server that hosts the site and processes the form), Google Workspace (email and the spreadsheet where requests are logged) and Adobe Fonts (delivers the site’s typeface; it receives your browser’s IP address to send it and does not store it). Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It only stores your language and theme (light or dark) preferences in your browser; they are technical and do not identify you. To understand how the site is used, it relies on Umami, an analytics tool installed on Transmutive Works’ own server, which does not use cookies or store data that identifies you.
Security
Administrative, technical and physical measures are applied to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration or unauthorized access, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to the servers. If a breach significantly affects you, you will be informed immediately.
California residents and Do Not Track
Under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA): we collect the categories of personal information listed in “Data we collect” and share them only with the service providers listed above. You can review your information and request corrections by writing to contact@transmutiveworks.com.
Because the site does not track visitors over time or across other websites, it does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals. No third parties collect personally identifiable information about your online activity on this site.
